At the edge of the Mehedinți plateau, a bold dream came to life. In 2020, three friends – Laurențiu, Petrică and Eduard – set out to showcase the hidden beauty of Cireșu commune through a novel form of accommodation: glamping. Two years later, this dream became reality with the opening of Sanctum Glamping. Five geodesic domes found their place on a wooded plateau, each with its own terrace and bathroom, and two of them treating guests to a hot tub under the open sky.

Today, Sanctum Glamping harmoniously blends modern comfort with the charm of wild nature. In the years that followed, each accommodation unit was equipped with its own hot tub or jacuzzi, for moments of relaxation under the stars right in the middle of nature. The location now features a fully equipped kitchen, a barbecue area and a gazebo where our guests meet, share stories and create new memories. It is everything you need to enjoy comfort in the heart of nature. The entire estate is protected by a discreet electric fence that guarantees our guests' peace without driving away the surrounding wildlife. At Sanctum you wake up to birdsong and fall asleep under the glow of the stars, knowing you are always safe.

At the same time, just a few kilometres away, the Topolnița Cave reveals its hidden treasures: a spectacular underground world where adventurers can dive and kayak among unique formations in a fairy-tale setting.
